I'm seriously debating writing to his agent to ask if he'll be there. I can't imagine how I'd feel if he didn't show up

I can dream i supose just think of the glory of having thoses tickets though, god why am i not famous! I was thinking you would be around, seeing as you were for the PoA premiere, Shelly. I would love to be there, unfortunally i live a bit away from London, no one else would go with me, i can't drive and i probably would not be able to get time off work , If i'd try and go on my own i'm most probably get lost. What my banner would say, hmmmmm, "we need more Snape, we need more Alan and i'd chant it as well (well maybe not.

I'll do my bestest, winky! I may even be able to speak to him if my mouth functions properly this year! I'm thinking of switching my camera on to video mode and making a little Alan-ness video when he strolls on by me then perhaps I'll be able to get Teh Voice recorded! ;D

Oh,to get a bit of Alan on tape, that would be fantastic,as long as you share..... I cant wait for this film to come out,and even if there is only a small amount of Snape,I for one will be sitting in the cinema with an awfully big smile on my face,I cant help it,I just adore Snape,I will still be cheesed off though if certain parts of the book are kept out, really I will....

omigosh, did you guys here that GoF got a PG-13 rating?! I'm so happy about this! I thought it might get this rating because of the graveyard scene, but I wasn't sure. Now people will know that Harry Potter is also for *big kids* as well!

Ah, excellent. Hopefully this means they didn't sacrafice some of the plot to make it "kid-friendly".
Is it November yet? :-)

Oh, I hope the rating means that Ralph Fiennes did a good job as Lord Voldemort as well.
*crosses fingers*

I'm also hoping that this means that they included more parts and stayed closer to the book without toning it down. The books are getting darker and it would be terrible if the producers toned down the upcoming movies with a PG rating just so that little kids could be able to watch them. I hope Ralph Fiennes does a good job as Voldemort, too!

Here in the UK my bet is it gets the new 12A rating which means suitable for the over 12's or under 12 if accompanied by an adult, therefore I won't be able to get away from the little brats spoiling my Snape-fest I saw Azkaban at the Odeon in Leicester Square on opening night, the day after the premiere. I have never been in an cinema with such an atmosphere! It was phenonmenal. Every single person there was a diehard fan, everyone clapped when it started, laughed outloud, booed at the right places and cheered at the end! It was fab! Hope GoF has the same audience response.

Here in the US kids under 13 can see the movie if accompanyied by an adult so I'm sure there will still be little kids in the movie theater. That's so neat how the audience actually becomes involved in the movie. At my local movie theater, it's a rare thing if someone even claps for a movie! The only time I think everyone clapped for a movie was at the end of Lord of the Rings: Return of the King. That was the most audience involved movie that I have been to. It's kind of frustrating for me because I'm the kind of person who will laugh out loud, cry, cheer, and clap at movies so it's kind of embarassing when you're the only one doing that stuff. I hope people are more involved for GoF!

I saw PoA on opening night, though I caught one of the last showings (and thus, very few ankle biters in the audience). It was just awesome. Everyone was a diehard fan, and really didn't mind the delay (as we were moved to a different theater). Once we finally got in and sat through the previews, everyone cheered once the movie started, and stuck around for the end credits to finish. It was a total blast (much like the midnight release parties)...

I was there on first day of opening for PofA,and it was so funny that there was no kids, not one,all teenagers and adults, and they sold out tickets in an hour!!!I had mine booked and dragged my sister along, who is not an HP fan,but had nothing to do that day!!!When the film came on the screen,it got loads of cheers and whoops, and I had to surpress a smirk when my sister looked to me and gave a funny face as if to say "What"....Priceless... But the best was when Snape came on screen,he got wolfwhislted and clapped, and someone behind me whispered to her companion,"That man is just sex on legs"...Well,I had to agree of course.... BTW,my sister loved the film, wants to see GofF,and is even reading HBP,and now can see what I and many others see in the talent that is known as Alan Rickman....

I have noone nearby who is as excited about this movie as I am, I am afraid that like PoA, I will be forced to wait until its a rental. If they do have the Dark Mark scene , and I have to wait, that will leave me gutted. hey did you guys see the new photos on mugglenet? still no snape, but the guy beside Krum looks like I imagined young Snape when reading Book 5, only with different hair www.mugglenet.com/viewer/?image_location=krumstudent2.jpg

yay!! It's taking forever to load, though. Probably because there's so many people watching it. This sucks. *hits computer* Hurry up and load! Hmmm..and you say there's still no Snape? What is wrong with these people? Can't they just show us a little bit of Snape? Oh well, it'll still be cool to see more of GoF! If only it would load...
Ringo I'm so sorry about that. I hope you're okay.
About the picture. I never imagined Snape with a beard. Even the younger Snape. In my mind's eye, he always just had longish, greasy black hair. No beard.

I guess we all have to wait for Snape a little bit longer,at least he is in it,that is all I care about.... I have now come to the conclusion that it is going to be better to wait for him,and then I have something to look forward to when I go and see this film.....So.I will try not to get too excited when he does eventually turn up on screen,I might just actually combust with all the pressure of waiting for him!!!
