I thought I would start a new poll in honour of this very special July month. We've waiting months for new Potter action and now two very exciting events occur within 8 days of one another. And so I ask; which event has you most giddy, most excited, most twitchy with impatience Order of the Phoenix movie or Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows book 7(Note I haven't given you a 'both' option, you must pick one!  |

I want the movie more, because of Alan, but I also don't want the book series to end.

Book! Bookbookbookbook! I'm way more excited about the book coming out. I'm eager to see OttP, of course, but our favorite Potions Master never seems to get enough screen time. (Enough? Is there such a thing? Never enough!) ^_^

Oh, the book, absolutely!  I love the movies, but there are two more of those ... and nothing compares to the books - they're just so darn good! I'm excited and sad at the same time - I want to know how it ends . . . but I don't want it to end! Arrrrgggghh! ;D |

The book, because I get to read it silently, in the quietness of my own home ahhhhh! The movies can get quite noisy  , and crowded  ! Oh, but when that DVD comes out ahhhhh! Now, that is when I will be anticipating the movie  ! |

The movie, partly because it comes out before the book. I love seeing the books come to life, even when I'm disappointed in certain things. I certainly always like the books better than the movies. I'm not looking forward to the book this time, because much as I'm dying to read it, it will mean the end.  |

I agree, it is exciting but sad, as much as you want to know what happens you don't as you will have nothing else to look forward to (unless there's some unfinished threads but I doubt it!).
But I'm very excited to find out about Snape!
