I have been reliably informed that there is a Galaxy Quest comic book on sale in the UK? Anyone got their hands on one yet? And of course, everyone i presume has heard Half Blood Prince has been put back to July 2009 for its release? I am most annoyed about it, more so for those who were planning on going to the premiere and the charity that has made all the plans for this November

I have been reliably informed that there is a Galaxy Quest comic book on sale in the UK? Anyone got their hands on one yet? No, but I do have the junior novelization. Only a couple of photos of Alan. At least I'll have my Beedle the Bard book coming in December. I was just so looking forward to Alan striding across the parapet to AK Dumbledore. Not that I was looking forward to DD being AK'd, but I just wanted to see how Alan is going to handle that scene. It should be wonderfull ... DD's death notwithstanding. I hope they don't put off HP7-1 for another year after that.

No, everything else is supposed to be released on schedule. Actually the moving of HBP will actually put the movies closer to together when they are released.

I have been reliably informed that there is a Galaxy Quest comic book on sale in the UK? Anyone got their hands on one yet? Here's a link. www.comicbookresources.com/?id=16206&page=articleI read the article but haven't visited the website, yet. A California company is putting out the comic. Presumably, we can get it from the website. ETA: Here's the link to order Global Warning ... GQ #1. store.idwpublishing.com/It's $3.99, but I don't know how much they charge for shipping.

great interviews out and about there promoting bottle shock. there was even one with the BBC film correspondent which I thought was odd considering its not getting a UK release! They did talk about that though; Alan said movies are all about the "film, popcorn and coke and I'm not sure what's more important". I love his subtle dig at the big companies See the interview here news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/7569613.stm

On Sunday 31st August Brick Lane favourite 93 Feet East will be host to a one-day charity carnival of live music, theatre and street performance. .... All proceeds from the event will go to S.A.F.E. The charity, whose patrons include Alan Rickman and Sir Ian Holm (who hope to attend the party), take performance, education and vital HIV information to communities in neglected areas of Kenya that do not have access to services or conventional means of information dissemination. All of S.A.F.E.'s performances employ local dramatic and story-telling traditions to ensure that the life-saving educational messages reach the audience in a way that is relevant to their daily lives. www.lbthartsandevents.info/index.lasso?s=5&lang=e&event=6301&guide=Events
