I have the soundtrack, but I never saw it. . . Don't think I will either. It's hard to find in this area. . .

what does it mean? "Help I am a fish"? Is it from a movie with AR?
I have never heard or seen it - what is it?

I got this movie (Region 1) on E-bay. Saw it once, then I moved, and it's missing. Oh, well. Alan plays Joe the Fish, who is the bad guy (big surprise). And he dies at the end (another big surprise). The soundtrack is good, the animation is good and the story is good. I really enjoyed it. Especially Alan singing Intelligence. Now if I could only find it so I can watch it again.

Sort of like Disney, but it was made in Denmark. If you like to hear Alan sing, this is great. As a matter of fact, you can go to britbitsandclips.com, click on audio and you can listen to the song he sings, which is called Intelligence. It's really quite good.

I love this film and I put it on once when my mum went to sleep and just before she drifted off she said that he has a beautiful voice, I wonder what she dreamt about?
My favourite line is...
"Your not fit for sushi!"

In the US it's called A Fish Tale (not be confused with A Shark Tale. And it was kinda cute. I loved that the fat smart kid (usually the one most picked on in any story) turns out to save the day. And AR was great in the role. It was fun hearing his voice. It was originally a Dannish movie, I think. So the original Joe was someone else. I also think Teryl Rothery (Stargate Doctor) was in this. My kids picked up that voice.

So, I was at a Borders and I searched for Alan Rickman, just to see if anything was there. And they had this movie. I really wanted to buy it, but I had no money. So, what I am trying to say is that Borders.com could have this on their website if you want to buy it. I'll look when I get the chance.

Ok, I finally saw this one tonight.
I liked how he was nice and evil...and his fishy counterpart kinda made me think of Snape (his fin looked kinda greasy)
It was odd seeing a Fish with Alan's voice though....It didn't have the sex appeal it normally does. I guess that's a good thing though. Loved the part where he sang....mmmm
