I'm going to faint... *thud* I sure hope this will be in the US, what with Danny DeVito in it as well... I've been pretty disappointed lately with new movie releases, though, "Something the Lord Made" was pretty wonderful! Thanks, Ringo!!

Good review for Alan from that article, stealing the show, of course ;D My links to Nobel Son premiere pics can be found the news thread in The Man section. edit Fabulous snippet from a reviewer at the after party: Also to be recommended is talking to a drunk Alan Rickman. Apropos of nothing but purely genius; Life is just a series of uniforms, isn't it?
Me: What's your favorite uniform?
Alan Rickman: "When it's appropriate, I do love school uniforms. Lovely."Oo-er ladies!

I love the reviewer saying that Alan has all the best lines. I beg to differ. Alan makes the lines they give him the best, because he is the best.

Nobel Son, North American distribution for March-presumably 2008 Just found this on www.movieweb.com Source: The Hollywood Reporter Thursday, November 1st, 2007 0 Comments Randall Miller's dark comedic thriller entitled Nobel Son has been picked up for North American Distribution by Freestyle Releasing. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film stars Alan Rickman, Danny DeVito, Mary Steenburgen, Bill Pullman, Ted Danson and Shawn Hatosy. The story revolves around an egomaniacal Nobel Prize-winning scientist that finds his son kidnapped. A group of eccentric supporting characters guide the film through various plot twists. Freestyle's Susan Jackson stated, "The soundtrack is has new tracks by Paul Oakenfold, Groove Armada and the Chemical Brothers. The marketing opportunities are tremendous. We are convinced this will capture the same young male audience that Crank and Smokin' Aces did last year." The film will be released in March.

Thanks for the great information. Looking forward to seeing this. Was extremely surprised at the cast in this one, looks like it ought to be good. AR fans should be set with ST coming in December, Bottleshock in January and now Noble Son in March. Looking like a good next 6 months!
