I'm going to the library tomorrow to order a copy of the book. It's at another branch, so I can't get it right away. Sounds like a good book, and I can visualize Alan as Willy.

Yay. A new movie to look forward for. So it is a book? Now I got to read it. Yes, I picked it up at the library this morning. Looks kind of short. Guess I'm just used to JKR's huge volumes. Don't have as much time to read as I used to, but I'll let you know how I liked the book when I finish it.

I'm about half way through the book. Not crazy about it, but I can absolutely see Alan playing Willy.

Not sure about any of the movies listed. Was told by a source in NYC that Manchester United was a no go because they were unable to come up with funding to shot it. It was also suppose to star Jason Isaacs.

I agree, I think it was Jason Isaacs that said it wasn't going anywhere. It's the same for Villa and Acts of Charity; they have been circulating for some time but nothing confirmed.
Fingers crossed for Nobel Son and Bottle Shock getting wide releases

Nobel Son and Bottle Shock are expected to be limited release to major areas in the U.S. in August and September with Bottle Shock coming out first. I think it is getting a wider release here because of Rachael Taylor and Chris Pyne being in it. Rachael Taylor has been getting a lot of press here lately. (This info also came out of NYC)

2010 With the way the production companies are being the only AR we will be able to actually see will be Harry Potter every Christmas. Makes me think about being in England. At least you guys still have access to him through his other mediums of works.
