If you do not yet own a copy, Amazon will have "the Search for John Gissing" available on August 12th 2008. It is available for pre-order now. giggin After reading this, I went to Amazon to post a review, but I couldn't do it. I kept thinking about various scenes in the movie and laughing too hard to type. Maybe I'll calm down later and do it. I even loved the taxi driver and the janitor.

My favorite was the nutsy German lady. I laughed every time I saw her. The taxi driver was classic. The flat rate scenerio was so funny.

Also - it's a good idea to do a review on Amazon - maybe I should do that as well. My favorite scenes will always be the water cooler one - and the projector one. Oh my! I just giggle and laugh to myself when I even think about them! ;D

Oh yeah, it's hard to miss things when there's Alan to look at.

My daughter got our copy of John Gissing signed when we were in Pelham. The look he gave her was great. It was like a double take with a where did you get that eyebrow raise. I have it put away now. May have to order a new one from Amazon so I will still have one to watch. I love watching the part with the cab driver.
