Dear God, Please make Alan Rickman #1 on all future Sexiest People lists. I am sure that the people who come up with these things aren't *that* blind. (But then again, Alan's beauty is probably so magnificent and heavenly that it cannot be seen by mortal eyes. So, could you please share?) From the Rickman Report thread: According to Entertainment Weekly, Alan's directorial debut The Winter Guest is going to be out on dvd on August 30. *screams uncontrollably*  (not sure if it's on both R1 and R2 though....) Dude. Dude. Duuuuuude. My local video rental store has this in VHS (though sadly, they aren't selling it). I'd love to get my hands on a copy I can keep! |

I haven't seen it but it stars Emma Thompson and her mum (Phyllida Law?). Alan only directs, although I believe he walks on past in the background of one scene? Someone who has seen it shall have to enlighten us.
RINGO I think Snape has probably helped Alan climb into the top 100 sexiest guys, but perhaps Love Actually helped too? Trying to think how many of the average Company magazine readers will have watched HP films...

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire premiere dates: London November 6th New York November 12th (my birthday!) Whoohooo! ;D I am soooooo thrilled to have finally found out these dates! I was getting rather nervous that I hadn't heard anything. A little disappointed that the London premiere isn't on my birthday  but alas, another trip to (hopefully!) see Alan! Yey |

I would like to see Winter Quest. Is it any good? For the premiere, I could not go because I can't drive and my dad would not take me. My birthday is in the middle of the two dates. November 9!

I see Alan has almost twice the number of votes as 2nd place Kiefer Sutherland (I actually stalled for 0.5 seconds when I saw Kiefer was second, I love the guy too and don't wanna see him lose out!). Ringo and winky22 Thanks for the good luck! Interview went ok, I hear tomorrow if I got a job, well actually, if I've got my own job as I've been doing it on temporary promotion (for 2 years!!) , this'll make it permanent  |

And I proudly placed vote number 6000 at 6:30EDT today! Sutherland is the nearest competition at less than 2800 votes. I wonder what the highest weekly vote count they have ever received would be. Can't tell you the number(s) I was but I voted... few times...LOL I have to admit that I voted once for Liam Neeson. They didn't chose a good pic of him as he can be so nice looking... Hurt me to see him after George Michael... ;D But Alan's winning, no doubt about it!!!  |

People this is an outrage! As a British person and big Alan fan i am madder than Mick Mcmad! There was this TV program on last night call Avenue of the stars and what it is like is the Hollywood stars and names on Famous people have been put on the pavement somewhere in London (can't remember where) to be recognized as brilliant individuals in TV and film. No star for Alan!!!!!!!!!!! I was soooo mad! One for Robbie Coltrane one for Maggie Smith and Julie Walters but no Alan!!! Why i ask myself! Why! He should have got one! Have faith! I think he will, just saving the best til last Maybe they are waiting until he's in town so they can have a proper unveiling ceremony! Then us Rickmanics can go whoop and cheer! ;D |
