Well, if you don't mind a long post... ;D I am, what we call in french : "une touche à tout". It means that I like to do lots of things, from writing to drawing, cooking eg. The only thing i don't like to do is maybe laundry and ironing... Anyway, when I started college, I wanted to be a Language teacher (English and dutch). I spent three years at the University but due to lack of enthusiam, lazyness and not enough self confidence (I don't have a lot), I failed. So, I had to find a job (my parents couldn't pay for more studies) and I worked for a big bank group for two years... After that, lost my job and spent five whole monts looking for a new one. Now, I work for the post (which is also a bank in Belgium). I like this jobs, even if the customers are more and more disagreeable, impolite and can't bring themselves to say "hello" or "thanks". Anyway, I would like to be a writer (I have a big story in my head right now, I forced myself to do some research about it and I just have to begin writing... which i can bring myself too because I always think I'm too bad for that... lol)

I'm a currently unemployed homeschooled highschool student. I'm not entirely sure yet what I want to do as a career, though right now, the main plan is to possibly major in physics, chemistry, astonomy or a branch of one of those.
I do plan on trying to have my novels published, but I don't want to focus on that as a career. I think that would ruin it for me.
The only other career I could see myself having and enjoying is being a movie crtitic, because I really love reviewing movies. Maybe I can find a way to do that somehow in addition to the other stuff.
Finally, I hope to work on a movie set. Not in a career type role, just kind of a part time thing, if I can manage it. I really love acting and film making, but I just don't see myself making a career in either of those. So the plan is to do community theater or something and try to get that job on a movie set.

I am a sophomore in High School. If I could pick any career, I would pick a skateboarder, but since I know that will never happen, I pick any thing that has animals in it. I love animals. Or I would like to work and be a video game designer.

I've just got a job as a Saturday 'sales advisor' in a local clothes shop. Although I doubt I'll be kept on past the trial period because I can't use the till or detagging machine competently (I blame the fact that I'm left handed ), and I can't fold clothes at all :/ It's all quite easy in theory, until you get a queue of customers in front of you ... once that happened, I panicked and ended up forgetting to give two customers back their credit cards, and another two back their change ... eek!

Welcome in the "commercial (can we say that in English?) world where customers wait impatiently in front of you... And for the left handed thingy, don't worry... I just noticed that left handers (again can we say that? lol) are often intelligent and fast working people... I noticed that with my boyfriend and other people...

Hehehe It's very true. It's only when I get the impatient ones who don't understand I'm only in training that I really flap. Most of the customers we get are nice, on the whole And being left handed rocks. One day left handed people will take over the world and make sure that all tills are set up especially so lefties like me can use them efficiently

He's always grumbling that the signature pads in stores are 'right-handed' and stuff like that. Plus - he's always twisting the bread tie the wrong (or left!) way.

Well first and foremost I am consumed by Alan, and when I find time I work as a Nurse. I love the work I do. I would love to be Alan's nurse.

Some quasi-exciting news on my own job front. I finally got all of the pieces in place and have signed up to substitue teach in a local school district. It's not nearly as exciting as a classroom teaching position, but it's something.
And it will keep me away from the museum (my other job) for awhile...

I have a job that would make even Severus Snape cringe in his shoes. That's right. I'm a kindergarten teacher! Imagine Severus negotiating a potty break for 28 little kids?

Such interesting professions!! Lately I have been a domestic goddess extroardinaire, but tomorrow I go back out into the money making world. I will be returning to the pawn industry and working at a pawn shop. I have worked in that line for 14 years. It is very interesting to say the least.

I am a teacher. I can teach Latin (at high schools and universities) and English (at primary and secondary schools). Unfortunately - or fortunately - I've discovered lately that what I really want to do is writing. Damn it, I knew it for such a long time but it came to the light a few months ago! ;D So keep fingers crossed for me, guys, because I'm starting to hate my job right now .
