I have spanish 4 (that means i have had 4 years of spanish if you did not know) American wars, Political Science, Acclerated Chemistry, Humanities, and Pre-Calculus. I enjoy spanish and War, but I really don't like math because it is math. cool! spanish is a beautiful langauge (all languages are beautiful to me) i wish i knew more... i didn't mind maths, i did well in school...chemistry was awesome..i fancied the hands on things...blending ingredients (i'd be right at home in snape's class lol) i also enjoyed psychology...that was a cool subject (i took it in my 1st yr university) hope you enjoyed your weekend, amirab! I love hands-on-things. I love to build things. In 7th grade, while all the girls were taking Home classes (sewin, cooking), I was in Woodshop. I did enjoy my weekend. Hope you did also.

I work in what the English call a superstore ;D The frensh people on this board will know it for sure.I work at Carrefour,my job there is too look after the children's and baby clothes.I quite like this work,we get every season a new collection and there's also the contact with various people (and we get a lot of Belgian actors in our store so that alone makes it nice)I have been working at the same store for 25 years now.

I'm a full time student on a games development course. On Mondays we play games and talk about them; today we played computer versions of Monopoly, Chess, Black gammon and some others. Then we made our own board games. On Saturdays I work in a charity shop as paid staff. If you don't know a charity shop is, it is a shop run by a charity where people donate items that we sell, we also sell new items that shops such as New Look donate.

I would love to do that. I play so many video games, and developing them would be great. But, science and animals are my goal.

Hi ladies, newbie here. Officially, I'm an Assistant Hospital Administrator. Unofficially, I'm a musician (play rhythm guitar/vocals as well as songwriting duties for a band) and on occasion write and submit photographs to the local paper. All in all, pretty sweet...aside from the hospital admin. duties thing. Alas, my days of fun and frolic are about to come to an end as I'm starting Med School come June.

I'm preparing to take my National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (whew!) exam (Feb. 26th.) I graduated this past July with 650+ credit hours, and should've took my test shortly after, but family "happenings" kept happening...but now, it's all set, and I'm SCARED CRAZY! If I don't pass, I will have to pay all that money back again err...I AM pretty confident that I'll pass (with prayer and studying), but that fear is still in the back of my mind. I just have to psyche myself up, I guess! >.< When I was younger, I wanted to be an archeologist, so I could travel the world. lol To get out of Iowa, anyway As I grew older, say high school-age, I really had NO idea what I wanted to do with myself. By that time, I was writing a lot of poetry, painful stuff, really lol (teenage angnst). My sophomore year, I tried out for a play because a friend urged me to. I wasn't expecting anything to come of it, but I ended up landing a lead role! (Hermia, "A Midsummer Night's Dream) It was then, I found something I could totally lose myself in Well, things happen, and dreams don't fully realize themselves unless you pursue them. Not saying I don't love the way my life has turned out...there's always that question of "what if". Soon after high school, I got married and we started a family. I finally got to go to college two summers ago, and took night classes for career training. I can 'lose myself' in massage, much like acting, only its not loud and showy. lol I like helping others to relax, and forget their worries, even if it's only for an hour. I would like to travel to England, and study there. My ideal would be living and practicing there, living in a cottage in the country-side, with a greenhouse studio....but alas. Maybe it will happen, all one can do is hope and pray )

Well my principal work by now is study for my career but one month ago I started working at the local newspaper ( the university gave me a scholarship ). It consists of doing articles in Aranés, for a small supplement that they put on the newspaper.
Aranés is another language, some people don't know but in Spain more languages( not dialects) are spoken besides the Spanish, there are Catalan, Galician, Aranés and Euskera.
By now I'm slightly nervous because I'm the youngest working there, I hope to do it well.
