I should start the coversation?
Well today was a boring day, i had to work and we hardly took any money! Why do some people not realise that you need to keep your shoe collection up every season! As i do. And i must say cheapo shoes don't count we need good fashionble shoes that don't rip the heals off our feet, that where my job comes in ;D
Does anyone else have the pain of working in Retail, or had?
As much as i love kids working with them is a pain and they are little lying gits.
Winky to the mother "i am happy with these shoes they fit nicely" Child: "Mummy these hurt me" Winky now getting mad after the 50th pair i have tried on. Winky to the child: "do you like them"
Child: "no". Winky to mother: " Thats why they hurt.
Thats a tipical day for me but the loony customers we have i could tell you a few stories.
Any one else have some interesting day to day chit chat?

Well, today my mom has broken her own word. She said that she wouldn't go near the local mall this weekend. But we spent the day there. (Yeah...it's all her fault.)

Hey Winky...I'd be your easiest customer if you sold Black Doc Martin's! Yep...I teach in Black Doc's! Those are the only shoes I wear for the school season! I wear mostly black or really dark clothing to teach (sound familiar ) And for the summer time...Skechers Tennis shoes! Size 6 1/2 American ;D! I'm easy! I got a hair cut today! Only to cut the split ends and keep my hair healthy though. It is much too cold to have short hair these days. I don't know how people with short hair last in the winter time! You know...the hair stylist was tempted to chop all my hair off today and I told her no way. It is way too cold. She said yeah your right. besides, I love my hair. It is very healthy, and lively, and my husband will kill me if I cut if any shorter, and that is that ! He loves my hair more than I do! I actually love it when he runs his hands through it, so I'll keep it *sigh*!

We all need a bit of Retail Therepy, Mandy. She doesn't shop during the "Black Friday" weekend. She won't go near the shopping plazas and malls during that time. Yet we went because I had to...*gulp*...find myself a job. *grumbles* I'll still have time to obsess over Alan if I find myself a job, don't worry about it.

Does anyone else have the pain of working in Retail, or had? Retail? Yup. Loony customers? We got 'em. Actually, you hear lots of, well, interesting stories at the ol' pharmacy. Too Much Information, most of the time People will tell someone "medical" anything and everything! I'm actually not looking forward to going in tomorrow, because I've half a day's work ahead of me. Due to the fact that most docs were closed Friday due to holiday, I have twenty-two different peoples' doctors to call and request refills on. Twenty-two patients! (Most Mondays I only have about 6 or 7 to call on from the weekend.) And most of 'em have more than one prescription that needs calling on! Customer: I need this refilled please. Cissy (looking at the bottle): It's out of refills. Customer: Is that what that zero on the label means? It was totally not busy at work this weekend, 'cause everyone was at the mall, not the pharmacy! ;D

Like I said...I have three different pair of Black Doc's for the school year, and tennis shoes in the summer. When I need new ones I just buy them! I'm not the type who goes out buying shoes for every outfit, like some of my friends and co-workers ! It's just not for me! *hides in empty shoe closet*! It is amusing to watch others do it though ;D!

I wish I didn't like to buy shoes! I have too many! And guys are all "how many pairs of black shoes do you need?" Well, lots! Black dressy sandals, casual black sandals, plain flats, plain heels, patent heels with strap, flats with bows, mini boots, tall boots, etc. I do have one pair of silver pumps (love them so).
I don't have shoes for every outfit...and I find myself wearing mostly the same ones over'n'over. Since I'm on my feet all day, I need comfy shoes. Most don't qualify. (My favorite Bass black'n'white saddle shoes kill my poor feet and legs if I work in them.) I really ought to check out some nursing shoes, I suppose.

We to all people who have been watching I'm a Celebrity, get me out of here, who are we liking? I know they couldn't win but if there was a number for Ant and Dec i would vote for them because i love the cheeky Geordie lads!

Finally! someone who has even less shoes than me! but not by much less... ;D I have very wide feet, makes it hard to find anything pretty for the ol' snowshoes....if I had tiny narrow little feet I would be a shoe-hooer... Alas, I usually need to buy men's shoes

Yep...I pride myself in how few shoes I have . It makes it easier for me to chose which shoes to wear each day ;D. Aren't Docs kinda men's shoes anyway? Well actually, I have a few pair and one of them is definitely a female style (so I'm not talking about that one). Also tennis shoes are kind of manly too aren't they? Funny...I don't look like a male. I don't think it matters anyhow because...I think maybe I make my shoes look womanly in a way (heehee), so my husband says ! He couldn't picture me in anything else (no high heels or sandals)!

From the board itself:
I'm sure you can ask for your password if you forgot it. Just think about it for a few seconds, type in what you think your password is, and if something like this comes up:
Hit the "Click here" and you'll get your password back. (Came from another VBulletin board.)
