Oh! You're fatastic, a thousand of thanks for your help and your support ! ;D, one more karma point for you! Do you know if normally the premieres have coincided with the rumors of these? I have seen that the events use to follow by days, can it be that between 30 and 6th not will be premiere? and be later than 6th? (OMG,I'M SORRY, I'm behaving like a patient with the nerves in a mess :S) Really I feel very lucky of being able to travel to London and have the opportunity to probably see Alan Can I know if someone of you is going to be present at the event? Perhaps (and with a lot of luck) we could meet us I say "perhaps" because I know that some people are opposed to this one types of contacts :S

The Potter websites are usually accurate with their info as they post it only when they're pretty sure they've got it right. Hard as it is to do, but don't worry about the council not having the date on yet. They don't want to have too many Muggles camping out already in Leicester Square

It's ok, I'm not going to worry but I will be crossing my fingers of hands and feet ,wishing that the premiere manage to be opened on the 3rd!! LOL because tomorrow I'm going to have the hotel reservation for the 28th until July 4 *_* In the London Center, in Piccadilly Backpackers ( yes I know , it's not a great place, but well.. my friends and I only were looking for something attainable )

Orion, how are your premier plans coming? Did you get your hotel reservations? Keep us informed.
I talked a while ago about decorating my new (but old) house. Little by little, things are coming together. My handyman just finished up the second round. All shelves are up. I put three shelves up over my kitchen sink with little ceramic pots to hold sponges and similar items, silk flowers and decorative dishes. Three shelves went up in the kids room and I decorated them with woodland creatures, ferns, rocks and flowers. Three shelves went up in my office for HP books, reference books, my wand, flowers, candles, and pictures.
Just as a discussion question, how would y'all describe your decorating style? Took me a long time to define mine, but I finally decided it was whimsical.

It's been years since I went to England and I loved every moment. We went to Stonehenge and Oxford, too, and a lot of other wonderful places. We saw some fabulous plays, too. Thank you. Most people think I go overboard with the flowers and plants and mirrors and pictures, but I love it. I love flowers outside, too. I just planted some red and pink anthuriums and a pink hydrangea. This house was so plain. No flowers at all, just some trees, but very nice and somewhat unusual trees. I'm really enjoying fixing things up.

Sounds like a great vacation. It's been years since I went to England and I loved every moment. We went to Stonehenge and Oxford, too, and a lot of other wonderful places. We saw some fabulous plays, too. Ooo what plays did you see desraelda? M. Butterfly and The Mousetrap in London. When we were in Stratford, we had to see Shakespeare. As You Like It was playing and I was absolutely fascinated with the whole production. Very little scenery. When the Good Duke comes out of the "cave" they really come up through the floor and each actor that climbs out, pulls up another piece of the floor. Later, they opened up part of the back wall of the stage to reveal a carpet with a leaf pattern. And later still, they opened up the rest of the back wall up to two stories high. The actors came up into the audience, and we ended up participating ... booing and hissing the Bad Duke, It was a wonderful night. But my real thrill was seeing The Mousetrap. If you're an Agatha Christie fan, you'll understand. Most of my AC books have a little blurb about the play being the longest continuous running play ever, and for many years, I wanted to see it. Just a dream. But there we were in London, and on our last night, I suddenly realized I could probably see it. I almost forgot all about it!!! I was sick as a dog that night and I had lost my glasses. I was the only one of our group that wanted to go, but nothing was going to stop me. I couldn't even tell you what exactly the play was about, but it was so typically AC that I figured out who did it about halfway through. Didn't matter. It was just a dream come true.

Hi there everyone. Gosh, I haven't been here in ages. To tell you the truth, I haven't been online as much as I used to. I think I overdid it at one point, several messageboards, myspace, facebook, ect...so I was kind of neglecting my work... But I have gotten a lot of work done on my master's thesis, so I'm planning to hand it in this fall. I have also been working more hours than usual at work, because we are shortstaffed at the moment. Anyways, I have finally bought the Snow Cake dvd, and I watched it again last night...I SO love that movie. ;D Oh, I have just saw POTC 3 at the movies, oooohhh it was great. ;D Other than that, I'm looking forward to Ootp and DH. ;D Hope you all have been great, hope to see you in chat soon.

What is the subject of your thesis if you don't mind telling us. Good luck on it. I managed to tape it on PPV, then fell asleep on the couch. I obviously rolled over and hit the record button on the remote and lost half of the movie. By the time I noticed what happened, it was too late to tape it again. I check Amazon all the time for the Region 1 DVD, but no luck so far. That movie was certainly "dalzius." I just loved that part! Wasn't Sigourney Weaver wonderful? Alan just let her play off him, which is a measure of the man's greatness. I heard the first two hours were great, but the end went downhill. I'll see it anyway when it comes out on DVD. And of course, the other complaint was ... not enough Johnny.

Hello everyone. I just returned from vacation. Thought I would drop in and say hi. Well, i'm still on dial up, so no luck on the chat rooms. But I must tell you about my luck on vacation. Recently when I moved, my Mesmer vhs was damaged. I was hoping to replace it on vacation when I went to the used book store I purchased it from. Unfortunately, that store went out of busines But . . . there is another used book store my family and I go to all the time on vacation and you'll never guess what I found and purchased while I was there: Bob Roberts on VHS, TWO copies of Judas Kiss on VHS, AND . . . . RASPUTIN!!! I was so happy!! I found Rasputin on VHS!!! And I bought it!! LOL ;D I no longer have Mesmer, but I got my own copy of Rasputin I think its a fair trade off. Anyone need a copy of Judas Kiss?? IrishEmerald

Anyone need a copy of Judas Kiss?? IrishEmerald I might try to watch Rasputin over the weekend, but it leaves me breathless ... literally. I actually skip the parts Alan isn't in, although Ian McKellan did a great job as Nicholas. Yeah, Rasputin is way better than Mesmer (except for Alan's hair and costume), so you did great.
