yeah!, Alan looks so lovely with his costume and his hair in Mesmer.. * sigh *
Really, I don't believe that Alan looks good in Rasputin...he have a bit dirty beard ( or it seems to me XD)

I might try to watch Rasputin over the weekend, but it leaves me breathless ... literally. I actually skip the parts Alan isn't in, although Ian McKellan did a great job as Nicholas. Yeah, Rasputin is way better than Mesmer (except for Alan's hair and costume), so you did great. Wait a sec, you have Rasputin. Where did you get it? |

Wait a sec, you have Rasputin. Where did you get it? Got it on e-bay, but it's VHS. There is no Region 1 DVD. I did find one on E-Bay, but it was a copy, not an original DVD. When it turned out to be bad, the seller said he'd replace it, but didn't and he quit E-Bay. Giggin got one, and her's was alright. So, I watch it on VHS (and I think that's a copy, too) and I'm happy to have it. |

I found mine at a used book/video store in Chattanooga, TN. I have found a lot of mine there.
OK, completely off the wall question, but is anyone else having problems logging into fanfiction.net? It says I need to click to run an ActiveX on the site, but I can't seem to find where. I think it has something to do with my browser. Also, JAVA still isn't working. Anyone with computer skills, please help!

We are still waiting for Snow Cake, although it is available in Canada as a region 1 now ;D! Someone posted the info on that right (if not, I'll check for the info)? Also, I believe I read that it will be coming out in the states (reg 1) in September. |

If only they would make us Alan Rickman fans happy, and put all of his movies on DVD region 1 ! We are still waiting for Snow Cake, although it is available in Canada as a region 1 now ;D! Someone posted the info on that right (if not, I'll check for the info)? Also, I believe I read that it will be coming out in the states (reg 1) in September. Just to confirm, Snow Cake will be out in the US on September 11. I signed up for an e-mail alert, but their e-mail alerts tend to come late. I'll start checking about a month previous and see if it can be pre-ordered and I'll let everyone know in the Snow Cake thread. |

I'm doing okay, but ... right now I'm trying to coordinate my mother's doctor's appointments and my grandson's school and summer camp to carve out a week's vacation. Not only do I need a vacation, but I want to see my father who is now 88 and visit with my cousins.
If I don't do it the first week in August, I'll won't be able to take a vacation until next summer.

Have I mentioned that these are supposed to be my Golden Years?  Just in time for the rainy season in Sunny Florida!!!! Hope the weather stays nice for you. It rains all around where I am, but we don't get any right here. Just some threats in the afternoon that cool things off. |

(wait you are in Florida, right) I'm on The Treasure Coast - Port St. Lucie. I've lived her about a year and a half and I love it. But it's been dry as dust compared to the rest of the State. We had a few very rainy days and then back to nothing. We see storm clouds all around us, but it never seems to come our way. |
